Honeymooning in a 5 Star Hotel

    By RomanticHeart | April 18, 2009

One of the best things in someone's life is probably there wedding day and having kids, the day is full of surprises and the attention is on you as a couple. But some people say the best thing about a holiday is actually going abroad for their honeymoons.

A lot of people get their honeymoons given to them as a gift from either parents or close friends; this is something that should really be avoided as a gift as the couple should choose their own destination. We have all heard that someone has been on a terrible honey moon, so choosing the correct place is a must. Many people look at stars of hotels and choose that if it has a high star rating that it must be great, but this is not the case anymore lets have a look at a few reasons why.

    1) The bigger and bigger the internet grows the more perception we can have against terrible destinations; with the growth of user hotel review sites we can see actual real photos and opinions from people that have visited that destination.
    2) Most countries use their own 5 star rating systems, so whereas a country might class a hotel as 5 star in reality it could only be a 2 or 3 star hotel. You should always check to validate the certification level on each and every accommodation.

Make sure that you choose the best possible hotel to go too, because you will only experience a honeymoon once in your life so make sure that you make the most of it. Before you rush out and book a holiday you should make sure you read all the reviews and if there are any bad ones try to follow them up.

For great Caribbean Holidays and Jamaica Holidays
